SEAPORT-e

The SeaPort Enhanced (SeaPort-e) multiple award Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract has a ceiling value of $50B+. Established and sponsored by the Naval Sea Systems Command, SeaPort-e offers a full range of engineering, technical, and professional services in support of the US Navy, US Marine Corps, and Defense Threat Reduction Agency. The contract vehicle is available in organizations such as:

  • Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA)
  • Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR)
  • Space and Naval Warfare Systems Command (SPAWAR)
  • Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP)
  • Naval Facilities Engineering Command (NAVFAC)
  • Military Sealift Command (MSC)
  • Strategic Systems Programs (SSP)
  • Office of Naval Research (ONR)
  • United States Marine Corps (USMC)
  • Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA)

The SeaPort-e contract is managed through the SeaPort Acquisition Portal at http://www.seaport.navy.mil/. The SeaPort portal contains contract information and additional guidance.

S&A’s Seaport-e contract number is N00178-16-D-9006.

The contract expires in December of 2019. Seaport Next Generation (SeaportNxG) will be competitively solicited as the follow-on contract vehicle.  

SeaPort-e makes available the following order types:

  • Cost Plus Fixed Fee (CPFF)
  • Cost Plus Incentive Fee (CPIF)
  • Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF)
  • Firm Fixed Price (FFP)
  • Fixed Price Incentive Fee (FPIF)
  •  

Support can also be provided via SeaPort-e to other Department of Defense (DoD) organizations, non-DoD organizations, and/or joint agencies.
