Employee Benefits
Medical Insurance
Full-time employees may elect coverage between three national medical plans which include prescriptions. Each plans offers the flexibility to choose your own doctor along with controlling your healthcare costs by using in-network services.
Dental Insurance
Full-time employees may elect coverage through two premium national dental plan.
Vision Insurance
Full-time employees may elect coverage through a leading national vision care plan which provides eye exams and a discount on prescription glasses, frames, and contact lenses.
Flexible Spending Accounts
Full-time employees may elect a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) medical, transportation, or dependent benefit plan that allows employees to set aside pre-tax funds to pay for anticipated medical, dental, transportation and/or dependent services that may not be covered by the health plans.
Legal Resources
Full-time employees may elect coverage for Legal Resources to help with coverage for attorney fees such as will preparations, credit disputes, tenant disputes with landlords, financial/lease contract review, and limited representation at no cost.
401 K
S&A provides employees the opportunity to participate in the company 401(K) Plan through payroll deductions. S&A matches the employee's contribution up to 4% of their pay.
Paid Time Off (PTO)
Full-time employees with less than five (5) years of service accrue 25 days of PTO per year. Employees may choose to work or take PTO on Federal Holidays (pending contract requirements).
Tuition Reimbursement
S&A offers tuition reimbursement for areas of study relevant to employee position responsibilities and opportunities for professional growth.
Pet Insurance
Employees have the option to purchase pet insurance through Nationwide. This plan is entirely employee paid, allowing you to choose coverage that best fits your pet’s needs.
Term Life Insurance
Full-time employees are provided with term life
insurance equal to $50,000. Coverage is available
at no cost to full-time employees.
Accidental Death &
Dismemberment Insurance
(AD&D)
Full-time employees are provided with Accidental
Death and Dismemberment Insurance equal to $50.000. Coverage is available at no cost to full-time employees.
Voluntary Life and
Accidental Death &
Dismemberment Insurance
(AD&D)
Full-time employees have the option to purchase additional life and AD&D insurance for themselves, spouses, and children. Coverage is employee paid.
Short & Long-Term
Disability
S&A provides Short Term and Long Term Disability insurance at no cost to full- time employees.
Voluntary Accident, Hospital Indemnity & Critical Illness Insurance
Full time employees have the option to purchase additional insurance that provides lump sum benefits to offset income loss and/or medical expenses.
Voluntary ID Theft Protection
Full time employees can purchase ID theft protection that provides both consulting and monitoring services to keep your identity safe.
Health Savings Account
Full-time employees may elect a Health Savings Account (HSA) Benefit plan that is a personal savings account that can be used to pay for Qualified medical expenses on a tax-free basis.
