Provide budget and financial management and analysis & all colors of money (OM&N, OPN, WPN, SCN, RDT&E, and Joint Funds) and financial processes (PR, POM & PPBE). Conduct budget development, analysis, execution, and reporting at programmatic and contract-specific levels.
