Sellers & Associates is excited to announce the promotion of Dominique Boals to Assistant Vice President and Division Manager of Operational Readiness Integration (ORI)!

Since joining Sellers & Associates in September 2025 as an Instructional Systems Designer, Dominique has brought valuable experience, strong leadership, and a collaborative approach to her work. She has supported a range of projects and initiatives while building relationships with both customers and internal teams.

Dominique brings more than 13 years of government contracting experience, with a strong background in Navy training systems, curriculum development, operational readiness, and team leadership. Throughout her career, she has led teams of more than 20 professionals, managed complex Navy training efforts across multiple contracts, supported numerous Navy and Department of Defense organizations, and worked closely with customers to deliver quality solutions.

In her new role, Dominique will lead the Operational Readiness Integration division and continue supporting the growth of the team and the customers it serves. We are excited to see her take on this expanded leadership role and look forward to all that she will bring to ORI and Sellers & Associates.
